THANKSGIVING
Last Thursday was Thanksgiving day at our school.
It was a very special day and we celebrated it GIVING THANKS. We said we have to give thanks every day, that day we did it even more. We thought of reasons to give thanks:
· FAMILY
· FRIENDS
· HUGS
· EVERYTHING
We also learn a little bit about the history of the first Thanksgiving. If you want to, you can watch the video once again.
With our handcraft we made the most representative symbol of that day. These turkeys, which tail was decorated with autumn colours, were accompanied with a card where we drew and wrote a gratitude message for something that makes us happy.
Children love singing and this is a wonderful way to remember things, that is why we sang a song to repeat the thankful message and spread the gratitude value all around.

El pasado jueves tuvimos en nuestro cole Thanksgiving day.
Era un día especial y lo celebramos dando las GRACIAS. Dijimos que aunque había que darlas siempre en este día lo haríamos aún más. Y buscamos razones por las que dar las gracias:
Aprendimos un poquito de la historia de por qué se daban las gracias. Y si queréis podéis volver a ver el video.
Con nuestra manualidad quisimos realizar el símbolo más representativo de este día.

A estos pavos que tenían su cola adornada con los colores de otoño les acompañamos con una tarjeta para dar gracias por algo que nos hacía felices.
